In today’s episode, we jumped into the first four episodes of Love is Blind UK Season 1, and wow, there's a lot to unpack! We’re seeing some beautiful emotional connections forming, like the one between Sabrina and Steven—they're really embodying what this show is all about.

We also chatted about Catherine and Freddie, and Ollie and Demi, who are all at different stages in their connections. Some are vibing, others… not so much. It’s a good reminder that chemistry isn’t always instant.
