Getting Out Of The Breakup Funk: How To Move On From Your Ex
If you’re getting over an ex or trying to, today’s episode is for you. I’ve been through plenty of breakups and heartaches, and I made it to the other side and I want to help you do the same.
I know when you are in a breakup it is so hard to imagine finding someone else again, and you might feel like you’re just over dating because you don’t want to do it all over again.
I am here to help you get out of the breakup funk and really push you to move on in a healthy way. You may have received some advice from your friends like “getting under someone else to get over somebody”, but I need to tell you that is some straight up sh*tty advice!
Sometimes we tell ourselves that we just want to “have fun”, but we end up doing things that really only end up hurting us because deep down we want real love, and the things that we do only take us further from finding it.
