Episode 25:
Do You keep your guard up? How to lead with your heart
Today’s episode was actually sparked by a comment written by a man on one of my podcast episodes and even though I was blown away by his comment, I realized it's something that a lot of people probably actually feel.
My husband, Will, joins me to address the comment and the common issue we see in today’s dating scene, not going beyond the surface level and putting a wall up from fear that the person will not like you for who you truly are.
Listen to the podcast and learn how leading with your heart is needed in order for you to connect with your person emotionally.
Your person will not
- Mock you for being vulnerable
- Laugh at you for genuinely complimenting them
- Reject you for saying how beautiful you think they are
The energy you put out there will eventually come back to you. Put your heart on your sleeve, be vulnerable and allow the person to see who you truly are for them to do the same to you.
And remember, as you are putting yourself out there in the universe, don't settle for anything less than crazy love, because it has to be Crazy Love, or Nothing.
