It’s “Bye-Bye” Time: When He’s Love Bombing You
Imagine this scenario; You met a great guy, he opened up to you instantly, showered you with gifts, affection, attention and everything you didn’t get from your previous relationship without having to ask for it. The relationship moves like lightning speed and you say to yourself “Wow, this is great! He adores me big time, he must really love me!”
But…I hate to break it to you, this my dear is a classic case of “love-bombing”. Love-bombing is often used by narcissists to make you feel loved and feel good about yourself so you will end up wanting their approval and affection, and it’ll be easier for them to manipulate and control you. (But not all who love bombs are narcissists, just keep that in mind, some are just really excited with a new relationship)
