I’ve had a few clients bring up this one issue that they’ve come across on their dates so I know for sure there must be a lot of you listeners who may have had this problem too…bad hygiene during dates.

Picture this: you're on a date with someone amazing, sparks are flying, but then bad breath strikes! But fear not, my dear listeners, because we're going to tackle this issue head-on.

First, I’ll dive in from the perspective of the person who has the bad breath but who probably doesn’t even know it. Could that be you? 

Good hygiene isn't just about looking good; it's a reflection of self-value and respect for others' time. When we neglect our personal grooming, we're sending out vibes that we don't really care about ourselves or the people around us. 

Now, when faced with a date who's got a case of dragon breath, my advice is simple: communication is key. Instead of ghosting them faster than you can say "mouthwash," try having a mature conversation about it. Approach the topic with curiosity and empathy, rather than judgement. Trust me, mature individuals appreciate honesty, and addressing the issue head-on can lead to some serious growth – both individually and as a couple.
