How To Give Extra Love To Yourself

The concept of self love has been around for quite some time now. But there are days when it is extra hard for some of us to give that love to ourselves. And those are exactly the days when you need that love and extra kindness from yourself the most. 

So how do you give that extra love to yourself?

Here are some of the things that I personally do to show some extra love to myself.

1. Meditate - I have a lot of things I juggle as a mom, wife and a love coach. Meditation is the tool I use on the daily to help me stay grounded, and clear my mind. When I have a clear mind, I am a better version of myself and show up as a better mom, wife and coach! 

2. Take Extra Time For Yourself - This can be in the form of taking a long shower, a massage, reading a book, or journaling. I know we all say we have no time, but sometimes you need to slow down to speed up. Taking care of yourself can go a long way and make you more productive. 

3. Travel - I personally love to travel so I make sure to travel despite the hectic schedule I have. This is something that feeds my soul. Take that trip you’ve been wanting to go on. Go alone or go with friends, just do it. You’ll never regret taking that trip, I promise you! And who knows, you may just meet someone special who shares that same interest of traveling as you!

The more you love yourself, the more you shine and start to attract the right people.
